Location:  Atwater Marketplace - NEC Bellevue and Winton, Atwater
Size:  Approximately ± 110,000 square feet
Anchors: Save Mart Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy
Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for land acquisition and negotiations of all anchor, shop and pad leases.  Additional shop and pad space available.

Clovis
Location:  SWC Ashlan and Fowler, Clovis
Size:  Approximately ±24,000 square feet
Anchors:  Longs Drug
Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for the anchor and shop leases.  Additional shop space available.

Location:  NEQ Herndon and Clovis @ Highway 168, Clovis

Anchors:  Proposed Walgreens and Fresh & Easy

Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for lease negotiations with Famous Footwear, Fashion Bug, Hallmark, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Jamba Juice and McDonald's.  Additional shop and pad space available.

Location:  SWC Marion and Sierra, Kingsburg
Size:  Approximately ±29,000 square feet
Anchors:  Walgreens
Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for the land acquisition, anchor and shop leases and investment sale dispositions.

Location:  Fig Garden Village - NEC Palm and Shaw, Fresno
Size:  Approximately ±300,000 square feet
Anchors:  Whole Foods, Longs Drug, Pottery Barn, Banana Republic, Talbots, Williams-Sonoma, and others

Broker:  Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for the acquisition of this lifestyle center, as well as the current expansion and re-merchandising.

Size:  Approximately ± 95,000 square feet - PHASE I

Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for land acquisition and negotiations of all anchor, shop and pad leases.

Anchors:  In-N-Out, Krispy Kreme, County Bank, JoAnn's Fabrics and Claim Jumpers
Broker:  Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. handled the lease negotiations for the entire project including anchor and pad tenants.

Size:  Approximately 65,000 square feet
Anchors:  Longs Drug Store and Dollar Tree
Broker: Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. was responsible for sale of Longs parcel and leasing for this neighborhood shopping center.

Location:  NWC Sommerville and Perrin, Fresno
Size:  Approximately 26,000 square feet
Anchors:  Education Employees Credit Union and Starbucks
Broker:  Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. handled lease negotiations for this neighborhood shopping center.

Location:  NWQ Shaw and Villa, Clovis
Size:  Approximately 250,000 square feet
Anchors:  Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Michaels, and Goodwill
Broker:  Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. responsible for Walgreens and Goodwill lease transactions as well as land sale to Sonic.
